The Bachelorette...

Photobucket
There were eight guys when this episode started. When it was over there were 5. Finally a decent cut! The majority of this episode took place on a train ride through Canada. The scenery was really beautiful! After this episode I was even more bummed that Ed was gone... hopefully as suspected by many he will make a surprise comeback. Possibly the one that proposes to her?

Photobucket
Robby had the first one on one date and got sent home. I thought that they would have more chemistry on their date then they did. I was OK with him going home but thought the way they did it was pretty brutal. He basically got kicked off the train with all the other guys watching.

Photobucket
Jake also got sent home. I wasn't surprised at all. After their first initial date I never really saw chemistry again. They almost always seemed awkward to me. I also still think there is something off about him. I'm kind of glad that he is coming back to try and let Jillian know what Wes is really up to.

Photobucket
Tanner finally got the boot! His whole display of what he sleeps in was enough to scare any girl off! I never really saw more than a friend connection with them anyway.

The five remaining guys get to bring Jillian to their stomping ground for the hometown dates on next weeks episode. Here they are(in order of my preference)...

Photobucket
Kiptyn is still my favorite. I just kind of have a gut feeling that he is the one that has problems on the overnight dates... :( I hope I'm wrong! Jillian also gave him the rose on the group date. So he didn't have to sweat it out during the rose ceremony.

Photobucket
I was a little surprised at what Reid was really like. Not necessarily in a bad way, just didn't see it coming. I still like him though!

Photobucket
Jesse still seems like a super nice guy to me.

Photobucket
I think ultimately she will send Michael home because he is so young.

Wes really is a jerk! Too bad he's not a smart jerk! If he were smart then he wouldn't be opening his mouth and telling America how big of a jerk he is. He would just keep putting the moves on Jillian and attempt to make America fall in love with him. Now that would be a good plan... then maybe he would sell records. But instead he chooses to show his true colors... and they aren't pretty! I really feel bad for Jillian when she finds out what kind of a person he really is because she is really into him and he is playing like he is really into her. :P

I'm excited for the hometown dates next week. It can really change what you think of the guys after seeing them in their comfort zones. So what do you all think?

Wes is totally a jerk but hopefully he won't sell anything! Jake is off. The only 2 I like still left is Kypton and Jesse. Do you really think that someone has a problem in the bedroom? Or is that just there retarded editing-like last time we thought DeAnna was coming back before the very end...?

I agree with everything you said, but I did really like Jake. I must admit, I like Jillian a lot LESS after this episode. I think she has her head in the clouds as much as the guys sometimes. She's looking for a fairy tale, and that's not real life. I'm going to keep watching, but I doubt this will have a "Trista and Ryan" ending.

My favorite parts of this episode was the beautiful scenery and her and Reids date. I don't know why, but I think he's hysterical and I liked that he was open about his oddities. Looking forward to next week.

I liked Jake, but oh well. I still like Kyptin and Reid. I am starting to like Jillian less too!

jamie-who knows? It probably just doesn't go as romantically as she wanted and they probably blow it up into a big deal.

Val and Stacy-I'm liking Jillian less as well!

Caitlin-I agree with you! Loved the scenery and loved that Reid wasn't afraid to be himself!
