Farm Country (Again)...

We decided to head to Farm Country for the last $2 Tuesday at Thanksgiving Point because Jamie (and kids) didn't make it last time.

All our kids except Scarlett and Cole who were still in their car seats.

Doesn't that look fun?

Although we've gone several times, it was actually their first time milking a cow.

Time for a picnic... the flies were so so pesky!

This time around our wagon was pulled by a tractor,  which was quite the interesting ride... I think the poor kid was still learning how to drive it, it was an extremely bumpy ride to say the least.

The kids were really having to hold on.

Glad to say I didn't take any souvenirs home...

Farm Country...

Photobucket
Stacy watched my kids for me again Tuesday afternoon (I'm racking up quite the IOU babysitting tab) and then we hung out and had a quick dinner at her house. After dinner we took advantage of $2 Tuesdays at Thanksgiving Point again and took the kids to Farm Country...

Poor Avery is so accident prone and she fell while waiting for her pony ride and cut the bottom of her chin (and scraped her knee) for the second time in the last few days. A few days ago she was playing on a skateboard in the garage and fell and cut her chin as well. She cut it in the exact same spot she had stitches last Summer... that's three injuries in the same spot! I'll be surprised if she makes it to 18 without seeing a plastic surgeon. Both the kids rode the horses by themselves and weren't scared at all which was nice...

Can I have one of these installed at my house please?!?

I think the wagon ride was the highlight for everyone...

To end the evening we headed over to the Deli for ice cream and french fries :)

Thanks again Stacy for the babysitting, food and company :)

Farm Country...

Photobucket
After going to Seven Peaks on Tuesday we took advantage of $2 Tuesdays at Thanksgiving Point again and my sisters Jamie, Stacy and I took the kids to Farm Country. It was a beautiful evening and the aroma was nice and ripe...

Photobucket
I was so surprised that both Maddy and Avery wanted to go on pony rides and weren't afraid at all. Finally!

Photobucket
Maddy didn't like the flies landing on him but other then that he loved it.

The kids loved going around looking at all the different animals and finding anything possible to feed them. Here are my favorite animals...

Photobucket
Come on, you know you want to give it a big smacker!

Photobucket
This was by far the kids favorite... so pretty!

Photobucket
I love white horses!

Here are some more of the animals we saw...

Jailbirds...

Maddy and Dallin kept begging for a hayride but we only had one ticket left. Luckily a while later a guy asked us if we wanted an extra ticket because they didn't need it. The boys were so excited when they found out they could go.

Photobucket
The horses had been giving rides nonstop all day long so they were exhausted so they got a "tractor" ride instead...

Another marathon fun-filled Summer day! Got to live it up while it lasts...
