It's almost time...

I'm so ready for Summer and Seven Peaks! Every year I love picking out swimsuits for the kids and think the ones I found this year are so cute and fitting to their personalities! Wednesday Maddy looked out the window and saw some neighbor girls setting up a slip-n-slide and so he ran and got his swimsuit on. I took advantage of the situation and put Avery's on as well so I could take some pictures. Maddy insisted on bringing his favorite beach towel (and informed me that his girlfriend Ava was going to say it was so cute when she saw it), and I think it made the pictures even cuter. As you can see in the picture above, Maddy wasn't cooperating at first because of the sun so I went and got my sunglasses and managed to get a few cute shots...

Maddy favorite color is still green so I made sure there was plenty green on his bathing suit. I also prefer a more simple grown up looking style and loved this combination. Maddy's been wanting some flip flops and you can't beat Old Navy's two for five bucks! They even had green... perfect!

I love how frilly and girly this is. Perfect for little sassy Avery. It will also be nice and convenient for potty breaks! We are still trying to put a little meat on this girl (I swear she burns it faster than she can eat!) She is three and this is a 2T and is still a bit big on her skinny little body.
