Somebody living in this house has a shoe addiction and it isn't me...
I even missed circling two pair-can you see them? Not only is his collection very colorful it has taken over our closet.
I was able to fit my "collection" in one picture...
To top it off four of mine(the three on the top shelf and the red boots) are brand new... I got them this week and haven't even wore them yet. With a big grin on his face Steve said to me yesterday, "I made room for your new shoes" (which I hadn't taken out of the boxes yet.) Things weren't always this way-I used to love shoes! I guess working 10 years at Lowes(where comfy shoes were a must for those 12 hour workdays) and being a SAHM took a toll on my shoe interest. I'm thinking I need to embrace my love for shoes again!
If you are wondering if I have a secret stash somewhere else I(we) do... we have some in the mud room...
I have a few more pairs than him there(most of which I haven't worn in forever and am embarrassed that I still have.) I'm thinking it is time to toss them.

Did I count 54 plus what is in the garage? Holy cow, him and I could have a little competition!
That cracks me up! He's told me about his collection. I give him a hard time, because he seems to always have on the same pair when I work out! I am totally impressed with the dress shoes, I guess I'll have to pay better attention at church to see what he's wearing.
Last line should say "pairs" :) I only wrote it here because its an old post so hopefully no one else will see this.
